Yes, The Message Status Summary page gives you the ability to view the status and results for messages that have been scheduled, are in progress, or have been sent.

When you click on the Message Status Summary link from the Main Administration Page, or from within Compose/Send Campaign, you will be presented with the "active" tab, i.e., if you have a message in progress, the In Progress tab will be highlighted and you will see the status of the message(s) that are currently being sent.

To view messages that have been scheduled for future delivery, completed messages, AutoCampaign messages (if you are licensed for this feature), or deleted messages, click on the corresponding tab. Within each tab, you can use the pull-down menus to choose to include test messages (or show only test messages), select messages by Campaign, specify a date range for the messages that are displayed, and choose to show the message results in your browser or download them to a file.

Immediately below the Message Selection portion of the Message Status Summary is a table of information for the messages that you have selected to view. Here is a description of the information each column provides

• Select Check this box to select a specific message in the list for further action (such as Deleting or Stopping messages, or Copying to Compose/Send Campaign under "Action")
• Delivery Date Date and time the message is scheduled to send, or was sent. Note that Delivery Dates for AutoCampaign shows the date and time the AutoCampaign was first activated.
• Action Clicking on Copy link will copy the selected message to a new message set up under Compose/Send Campaign.
• Subject This is the text that was in the Message Subject Line. Clicking on the link will show you a preview version of the original message.
• Type Format (Text or HTML) of the message. Type can also be "HTML/TEXT" for multi-part messages.
• Size (KB) This column displays the size of the message in KB.
• Sub-list For Savicom Mail Professional, CampaignPlus and Publisher accounts, this column displays the sublist the message was sent to. Please note that if no sublist or "send to all sublists" is specified, this area will be left blank.
• Campaign If you use Compose/Send Campaign, the name of the message setup (or, if you are using Campaign Management, the name of the campaign that you associated with the message setup) will be displayed here.
• Test Segments If you have specified a Message Split (Compose/Send Campaign), or you are using the A|B campaign test feature in CampaignPlus, test segments will be shown in this column.
• Delivered The fraction represents sent messages over addresses queued for delivery, followed by the percentage of successfully delivered messages.

Click on the link for detailed information about the message delivery.
• Undelivered

Undelivered messages occur when the system is not able to establish a connection with the receiving domain.

This can occur if a valid, receiving domain is unavailable, or available but not accepting email. These addresses remain on your list to be attempted in another message. The system does not retain a listing of these undeliverable email addresses.

• Returned

Returned messages are messages that appeared to have been sent, but were subsequently returned by the domain (hard and soft bounces).

The fraction represents messages returned over addresses sent for delivery, followed by the percentage of returned messages. Click on the link for detailed information about returned messages, and to download returned email addresses. The Savicom system processes bounces nightly, so you will generally see data in this column the day after a message has been sent.

• Opened

Pro, CampaignPlus and Publisher accounts track sent HTML messages that are opened by recipients. The fraction and percentage represent opened messages over the total number of messages delivered (scheduled messages less undelivered and returned).

Click on the link for detailed information about opened messages - unique opens represent the number of recipients who received and opened the message at least once; total opens represent the total number of times the message was opened, including multiple opens by the same recipient.

• Clicked

Pro, CampaignPlus and Publisher accounts track click-through response statistics. The fraction and percentage represent recipients who clicked on a link at least once (unique clicks) over the total number of messages delivered.

Click on the link for detailed information about click-thru responses. Unique clicks represent the number of recipients who clicked on a specific link at least one time; total clicks represents the total number of clicks, including multiple clicks on the same link by the same recipient.

If your account is enabled for Conversion Tracking (CampaignPlus), you will also see information on conversion events by specific link. The modify link in the detailed information window allows you to update URLs in your message after a message has been scheduled or sent, in the event you discover an erroneous link while your campaign is in progress.

• Forwarded

If your account is enabled for Savicom's Forward to a Friend feature, this column will provide data on the number of messages forwarded. The fraction and percentage represent the number of recipients who forwarded the message at least once. Click on the link for detailed information about forwarded messages.

Total forwards shows the total number of messages forwarded, including multiple forwards by one original recipient. Unique forwards shows the total number of recipients who forwarded a message at least once.

• Subscribed

If you are using the Forward to a Friend feature, and you included a subscribe link in the forwarded message header, this number represents the number of new subscribers generated through forwarded messages.

Note that this will only be reported if you are using a subscription form hosted by Savicom.

• Unsubscribed The number of recipients that unsubscribed from the message sent.
• Message ID A unique number identifying your message in the Savicom database.
